Shelley has been running the far infrared saunas
detoxification program for 7 years and the Power Plate bone

The narrow end of an ear cone is placed in the ear and lit. The smoke the creates a vortex pulling out moisture and wax clearing the sinuses and detoxifying the lymphatic system.

Reflexology
The feet are a mirror image of the body. By press on reflex points and trageting specific problems areas, blockages are opened up, uric acid and calcium deposits break apart, where energy and circulation are restored.
