Jessica Ferrol is offering a Class in the Fundamentals of Wellness using the Ayurveda perspective.

Ayurveda is the Holistic Healing System of India. It is the science of life, both physical & subtle, based on the 5 element theory. Through the elements, an individual can understand their body, mind, emotions & external world. The natural result is an increased understanding of the interaction between ourselves & our world. Upcoming classes this Fall

This Fall, Cynthia LaBonte, is offering Phytoharmacutical Nutrition and Health Assessments at Health in Harmony.

• A quick evaluation demonstrating the science and art of Iridology.
• Follow-up sessions.($40.00/half hour)
• In depth assessment of current and past health status. Constitutional (genetic) make-up evaluation and instruction for at-home healing.Future indicator of health issues will also be noticed at this time.Herbal supplement recommendation and Phase I nutritional counseling included. Vicki Graham will also be offering Introduction Classes this Fall. She will offer classes in Touch for Health and Reflexology, in which you will be introduced to techniques to promote health in clients using energy and healing touch. Introductory classes in Muscle Testing and Self Muscle Testing will also be offered. By using muscle testing you will learn self-responsibility in your choices for well being and health. Companies use this technique to boost the health, morale and success of the work environment and employees.
